Zelle customer service sucks. The automated voice support didnt work unless youre calling about a scam.

The only time Zelle customer service doesn't suck is when they really suck. The automated replies are completely useless, and there is no way to speak to a person.

Chase said call Zelle.

Sent money to my son for Christmas: $500. Once on 12/24/2025 and the other on 12/26/2025.

I found out I sent it to the wrong phone number. I was off by one digit, but on calling that number, I found it was not in service. However, the email was correct. I fixed the number and sent another $500 on 12/26/2025, and that was never received.

I took the phone number off the account and sent $20 on 12/29/2025, and that went through. Zelle won't tell my bank anything (Chase Bank).

A friend sent me 30 bucks. I did receive it, yet I don't know why. Can you guys help me understand it, please?
