Her bank said that the account she had registered through Zelle wasn't verified by email or phone number, so at the time the payment was sent, it wasn't registered. I don't know where the $292.00 is. She never received the payment after properly registering her account, and it was never refunded back to my bank account.
Please let me know where the $292.00 currently is. Thank you.

I had received an email from a Zelle site saying my $100,000 is in my account but would not be reflected in my account until I paid the reflecting fee of $7,000. Suspicious, I called customer service, and I was told what I thought was true.
This is a scam.
Do not fall for anything or anyone telling you they can pay you a hundred thousand dollars if you pay $2,000 or $5,000 or ultimately $7,000 as a reflecting fee; it is a lie. Buyer beware!

I had a customer trying to buy something from me who said they sent the payment through Zelle. Then, they directed me to call a number that they said was Zelle customer service, only to find out it was someone's cell phone that didn't even have the voicemail set up.
When I contacted the real customer support line, they instructed me to call my bank. They never came to get what they were purchasing from me.
