I sent a payment through Zelle on January 19, 2026, to Carolina Arboleda Rueda for $292.00. Payment to her was never received.

Her bank said that the account she had registered through Zelle wasn't verified by email or phone number, so at the time the payment was sent, it wasn't registered. I don't know where the $292.00 is. She never received the payment after properly registering her account, and it was never refunded back to my bank account.

Please let me know where the $292.00 currently is. Thank you.

It is not good service I was complaining, but still I not get any answer. Any good response look like they are uncareful for their client

I was sent money to the wrong person using the wrong phone number. After that, I contacted Zelle; they responded nicely, and they took 10 days for verification.

Now I am waiting to get my money. I think I will get my money back, but still, I don't have it.

I think they are helping me nicely. Thank you very much.

I had received an email from a Zelle site saying my $100,000 is in my account but would not be reflected in my account until I paid the reflecting fee of $7,000. Suspicious, I called customer service, and I was told what I thought was true.

This is a scam.

Do not fall for anything or anyone telling you they can pay you a hundred thousand dollars if you pay $2,000 or $5,000 or ultimately $7,000 as a reflecting fee; it is a lie. Buyer beware!

States delete or change on bottom.

My bank Discover states that the restriction is with Zelle, not Discover. Please find out why and call me at (860) 387-****.
