Question about Zelle that won’t go through
wasnt able to talk to anybody it just made a funny horn sound but no one answered. I need to find out why a Zelle transfer wont go through but I need to do to fix that.

Ordered firewood and put down deposit. The person ask for more money, so I requested a refund of my deposit.
Have not received any refund from them, and I am dealing with a company called claimitsolution.com.
I request refund through Zelle, but I keep getting a runaround. Do not buy anything from these firewood companies that require you pay in advance.

They stated that it is their policy to refuse every single new payment a person attempts to make pending contact of their bank during regular business hours which means no evening or weekend payments. They also push the issue off to your banking institution who then refers you back to Zelle and their policies. It’s a circular firing squad.
I am in the middle of a house renovation project in another state so I need to pay tradespeople remotely. Unfortunately they dont accept Venmo, they all want zelle.
Every time I add a new persons profile the payment gets held up until I can call my bank during business hours. So if they do the work and contact me in the evening or on a weekend I cant pay them immediately. It is causing a great deal of problems for me with people who are angry with me because of the delay.
Please everyone stop using zelle and start using Venmo.

Zelle refused to help and claims they are not a bank but just a platform. I told them I would let as people I can know not to use them and to aware of their actions and policies.
They could have done something which is better than nothing. People in this economy have bills to pay and money is nothing to be played with.
They have no security measures for the reversal of your funds sent to the wrong number, which is not authorized.

They tell u beware of scammers via zelle...Zelle scams as well, any financial issues with Zelle is referred to social media. Great So helpful not!

I had to send another total to a different rep. On that transaction my bank, as well as ur billing dept. Said payment was paid. Ive already put in to request for a cash back w/ bank as well as Mr.
Foy on ur site, this happened once before I had to wait 30 days then you refunded my $207 bank to my acct. Because reciprocant never received my payment. How do I get back my $207 that's floating around drawing enterst on your acct ..you never completed payment , nor did u repay me. I want my $207 back.

Second time now that theyve held my funds for no reason. I used Zelle to send money between my own personal accounts.
I sent $270 and it shows pending and Im not allowed to cancel it.
I sent $1 and that went through fine. It sucks that they can hold your money without any explanation or providing a timeframe of when theyll let you have your own money back.

Zelle to Zelle money transfers are non refundable. You own it.
It’s the same as cash to family, friends, and *** people who ask for a Zelle payment upfront. Used by scammers
Don't contact any of the people below. They keep do not work for Zelle and you could lose all your money by giving them private details. Be smarter than that!
