Zelle made it sound so easy to send money via just a phone number. So I did try the service hoping that my brother receives it in 2 days but unfortunately, it did not happened.

My brother didn't receive a text. Now it is almost 2 months and I did not get the refund back to my account. I went to my bank and talked to them about what happened to my money so they opened a claim and the claim denied after the investigation. Bad service and poor information.

My understanding, is that if the recipient does not claim the transferred fund with in 14 days, the fund will be credited back to the account from which it was originally withdrawn.

I think next step will be a lawsuit. Sad

It was all misunderstanding on my recipient. The fund deposited in his account instead of getting a phone message which we were instructed. But the issue had been resolved and i am sorry for the not so friendly comment I posted.
