I accidentally sent someone more money than I should’ve they never sent the money back and my bank won’t do anything about it I use the Zell app and I wanna know if there can be a refund

I sent money with the wrong last name and it's out of my account but the money never got to the person. all bank info is correct wandering how I get my money back, I fixed the last name

My account has been hacked on 05/24/2022 and an amount of $498.00 has been paid out from my account to unknown person called Bernard Gosa. I reported to my bank immediately but did not stop the transaction.

How do I get my money back?

Should I blame Zelle for this illegal action? I believe you should have an access and means to fix such an injustice activity?

I would like my refund because I received a phone call saying that they were national grid n that I owe on my electric bill n it was going to be shut off so someone told me to download Zelle app n put my information n then I sent it then the next day I called national grid n came to find it was a scam so I want my refund asap into my debit card please
