Zelle Pay - My rent money is in limbo...
Today is Sept 7 and I just got notified that my rent payment, which was via Zelle transfer sent on Aug 31, failed. Meanwhile, until my landlord contacts his bank, I don't know why it failed because the money was there..
And meanwhile, my money is in limbo, it has not been credited back to my account yet... how can this be legal-- for a financial company to have a hold on your funds for so long??? wtf... and who knows if my landlord will be charging me a late fee now...
cash is king!! I'm going off grid!! this is not acceptable at all. and also there is a 100 minimum word requirement for this complaint, so there's another thing to complain about.
who has time to write a short novel for cryin out loud. grrrrrr
