This is the absolute worst mobile app on the market. For some reason, I've needed to re-enroll almost 50 times by now - it is ridiculous.

Then customer service is brutally bad - first after a long hold, I get somebody with broken English in who knows where who cannot help me and has to escalate to level 2. Then I have to wait another 20 minutes before getting another person (who speaks better English), who asks me security questions, places me on hold, and I'm still waiting to be helped and haven't even been re-enrolled yet.

This app just sucks - get it together, Zelle! I am calling Chase and complaining that they really need to get a more competent app for their Quick Pay service.
