Person came on, then disappeared .
Received a text claiming Zelle paid over $500.00 for something. I have never had a Zelle account. If the text is true, then fraud has occurred.
Preferred solution: Absolutely no charge for anything. My email was used fraudulently.

Zelle problem
Very hard to find a real person to talk to. Pass the blame around.
Zelle system malfunction. Chase says call Zelle.
Zellecustomer service not reachable. Account history not available in Chade app.

Scammers
- - The buyer claimed payment via Zelle and directed me to a Zelle support number.
- - They never came to collect the item.
I had a customer trying to buy something from me who said they sent the payment through Zelle. Then, they directed me to call a number that they said was Zelle customer service, only to find out it was someone's cell phone that didn't even have the voicemail set up.
When I contacted the real customer support line, they instructed me to call my bank. They never came to get what they were purchasing from me.

Preferred solution: Just to let people know about the scammers.

States delete or change on bottom.
My bank Discover states that the restriction is with Zelle, not Discover. Please find out why and call me at (860) 387-****.

I believe the problem is with Zelle. My recipients for some reason are blocked I would greatly appreciate it if you can unblock them so that I can send money

Zelle transactions are not insured by the bank and no refunds ever paid out especially for a phone number error even by one digit. No money coming your way sorry.

Slow to drop old accounts
Old account is still hook up to zelle when it needs to be off. Can not get in touch with zelle at all

My Zelle isn’t working to receive payment
Zelle is rejecting all my payments. I'm not sure why it's happening. I was out of the country and wasn't able to receive any of my payments, which left me in a hard spot.

One digit mistake
More assistance needed when payment accidentally is sent to wrong person.
One digit mistake in phone number!
Cannot get the money back.
You will never get your money back as Zelle is not insured and no refunds are sent. If you make a one digit phone number mistake the money is gone.
The bank will not refund you by putting the money back.
Where are they supposed to get the money from to pay you back? Its gone.

Never got my payment
- - Payment can't be received due to login issues after a week.
- - About $400 is stuck in Zelle after months, and I am homeless.
I hate it I still can't receive my payment over login issues after a week of trying i gave up . Still don't have my own money stuck in zelle and I will let everyone know don't use zelle horrible $400 dollars i been waiting months for i finally get it only now it's stuck in zelle hate it I'm homeless because of it

Your money is gone as Zelle transactions are not insured by the bank and is non-refundable. A small error such as being one digit off in the phone number from the sender to you is enough to cause you to not receive any money and the transaction is not insured by the bank.
Even the sender can not get the money back that they sent to you.
